Information we receive
When you submit an inquiry, we receive the contact details and product requirements you enter. Our website forms accept text only. To share artwork, email info@alphamedpro.com with your name and the relevant product model. We receive the information and attachments you choose to send by email.
How we use it
We use submitted information to assess requirements, prepare samples or quotations, communicate about your project, and maintain an inquiry record. We do not use submitted designs as public portfolio material without permission.
Storage and service providers
We host this website on Vercel. Website inquiries are sent through Resend to our sales email inbox. If configured, a Feishu group and our CRM also receive the submitted inquiry details. The website does not store inquiry records in a website database, Blob storage, or its code repository. Artwork is shared by email rather than through these forms.
Website analytics
With your permission, Leadfeeder (Dealfront Group GmbH) helps us identify companies visiting our website. It processes IP addresses, visited pages, time of visit and traffic sources, and uses first-party cookies to distinguish repeat visits. If you submit a website form after accepting analytics, Leadfeeder may collect your name and email address and link them to your visits. Other inquiry fields, messages and artwork are not shared with Leadfeeder. Company matching is not guaranteed.
Optional analytics load only after you select Accept analytics. You can reject analytics or withdraw permission using Privacy choices at the bottom-left of any page. Your choice is stored in your browser for up to 180 days. We ask again when the purpose of tracking changes. Rejecting analytics does not prevent you from using our website or submitting an inquiry.
Leadfeeder may record a form submission attempt even if the inquiry is not sent successfully. Our own inquiry confirmation is shown only after Resend accepts the email for sending; this does not guarantee final delivery to the inbox. If configured, Google Analytics follows the same analytics choice; inquiry names, email addresses, message contents and artwork are not sent to Google Analytics. Hosting providers may process technical request information to operate the website.

Sensitive or confidential files
Do not send trade secrets or highly sensitive information before suitable confidentiality terms are agreed. For projects requiring an NDA, contact us first and request the appropriate submission route.
Questions or deletion requests
Email info@alphamedpro.com to ask about your inquiry data or request deletion, subject to records we must retain for legitimate business or legal purposes.
