An OEM inquiry needs to describe the collar you want to buy, not just the logo you want to print. A complete first brief lets the factory assess the build, prepare the right sample, and confirm the commercial terms for that order.
You do not need to have every detail settled before contacting AlphaPetPro. Mark undecided items as questions. The important part is to separate the known requirements from the choices you still need help with.
Specify the five production choices

Use the customization page to compare the options. A change to the artwork does not create a different closure model, so list the print and closure separately.
Give a quantity for each size
The range has seven sizes: #7.5, #10, #12.5, #15, #20, #25, and #30. A total quantity is helpful, but the factory also needs the number of pieces in each size.
Review the size specifications for neck-hole dimension, collar length, and thickness. Confirm the neck-hole measurement method and the sample fit before ordering a size mix. Those dimensions are not a pet-weight chart.
Include the shipping destination with the quantities. It is needed when confirming freight and destination-specific documentation.
Describe the artwork before sending files
State what the artwork is, where it should sit, and the intended colors. A logo file without a placement note leaves part of the print specification open. Full-surface patterns need the same attention to placement and the final collar construction.
For confidential designs or a project requiring an NDA, contact the team first to agree an appropriate submission route. Do not send trade secrets before the confidentiality terms are settled.
Review a sample of the exact build
Alpha PetPro's source offer is a free sample collar with freight paid by the buyer. Confirm the sample arrangements for your project when making the inquiry.
Review the closure, fit, material, print, color, edge, and packaging requirements against the sample and brief. Approve the sample before bulk production; a digital artwork preview does not replace that physical review.
Keep commercial terms in the quotation
MOQ, lead time, payment terms, and Incoterms depend on the build and destination. Ask the quotation to confirm them rather than assuming one standard value applies to every order.
Identify any certificates or other market-specific documents you need, and confirm availability before attaching a compliance statement to the order.
